Position          

International Supply Chain Management , Warehouse Coordinator
Job Location      

Ho Chi Minh Head Office

Accountabilities  

• Daily monitor warehouse subcontractor's operation including cargo receiving, storage and container loading.
• Ensure warehouse subcontractor strictly follow OLL's warehouse process and customer SOP.
• Co-operate with office customer service team and warehouse subcontractor to solve arising issues in warehouse.
• Take part in KPI review meeting for warehouse service improvement and CTPAT warehouse audit of OLL
• Monthly report to Customer service Assistant Manager on warehouse operation (warehouse 's KPI, process, facility; CSV issues; vendor's performance, VGM…) for performance improvement.
• Handle other tasks assigned by team leader or Manager.

Requirements
      

• Bachelor's Degree holder, major in either Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics/Transportation/warehousing is preferable
• Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in CFS and bonded warehouse operation, international supply chain, CTPAT is an advantage.
