Accountabilities  

1. Responsible for heading the LCL business unit, including strategic planning, budgeting and execution for Chennai
2. Key result area is to achieve weekly targets for LCL volumes and optimising container capacity utilisation

Requirements      

1. Have more than 7 years work experience
2. Candidate must have control on substantial stream of steady cargoes and excellent relationships with CHAs, forwarders and shippers
3. Ability to manage teams to deliver business results is key for the position
4. Candidates must have high energy, strong commitment and proven track record of sales excellence
