Shanghai, Shenzhen & Guangzhou Office
Accountabilities
To be familiar with ISCM work process and
understand customers’ requirement
To provide qualified documentation services for
dedicated ISCM
Accounts in compliance with SOP and requests of
Local CSU, which include but not limited to Create/Update SO,
create/update/issue FCR&HBL
Update container manifest and Prepare post-advice
etc. in ICS system
To coordinate with local CSV to input data and
produce document in a timely manner, to ensure data quality and avoid any
service discrepancy
To prepare documents to clients for destination
customs clearance
To keep necessary documents filed in good order
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above;
Fluent in both oral and written English;
Good Knowledge in Microsoft applications;
Good typing skill is preferred;
Hardworking, teamwork spirits, with excellent
inter-personal skills;
Can work under pressure.
