Accountabilities
 

  • ​​To be familiar with ISCM work process and understand customers’ requirement
  • To provide qualified documentation services for dedicated ISCM
  • Accounts in compliance with SOP and requests of Local CSU, which include but not limited to Create/Update SO, create/update/issue FCR&HBL  
  • Update container manifest and Prepare post-advice etc. in ICS system
  • To coordinate with local CSV to input data and produce document in a timely manner, to ensure data quality and avoid any service discrepancy
  • To prepare documents to clients for destination customs clearance
  • To keep necessary documents filed in good order

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Fluent in both oral and written English;
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft applications;
  • Good typing skill is preferred;
  • Hardworking, teamwork spirits, with excellent inter-personal skills;
  • Can work under pressure.
