Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Department

Job Location      

Manila Office

Accountabilities  

  1. Attend to customer’s queries and complaints (if any)
  2. Responsible in outbound shipment:
    1. Arrange booking to its nominated carrier and/ or forwarder
    2. Submission of final shipping instruction
    3. Preparation and issuance of HBL
    4. Sending of pre-post advise to overseas destination
    5. Ensure that shipment is loaded to intended vessel as per schedule
    6. Communicate with overseas colleague to monitor and ensure that shipment is on schedule
    7. Providing timely updates to customer from departure to arrival at destination
    8. Ensure timely & accurate capturing of revenue and cost
    9. Ensure timely & accurate billing and dispatching of documents
    10. Assist in collection
  3. Responsible in inbound shipment:
    1. Monitoring of cargo arrival
    2. Preparation and submission of import freight forwarding manifest to Bureau of Customs thru E2M
    3. Preparation and sending of arrival notice to consignee
    4. Preparation and processing of carrier’s container guarantee
    5. Preparation and issuance of Delivery Order upon receipt of full payment
    6. Ensure timely capturing of revenue and cost
    7. Ensure timely billing and dispatching of documents
  4. Telemarketing


Requirements      

  1. Candidate preferably possesses a Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Customs Administration/License or equivalent
  2. With at least 1 year working experience in related field
  3. Good communication skills, hard working and can do multi-tasking
