Business Analyst, OceanPlus Department

Accountabilities 

Through participation in business projects and on-the-job training, the potential candidate shall gain experience and broaden the global perspectives in logistics business.

·         Participate in compliance activities including process development and management; program coordination, quality assurance

·         Business report and data integrity check, problem cause identification and resolution

·         Report compilation

·         Business information collection, taxonomy setup, contents organization and maintenance.

Requirements

·         Degree holder or post graduate in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics and Statistics with good track academic records

·         Minimum 2 years of sold experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry

·         Strong interest in career development in shipping and logistics industry

·         Responsible, detail-minded, cheerful and quick learner

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Good communication and interpersonal skill

·         Excellent in spoken and written English; Chinese proficiency is preferred but not mandatory

·         Highly competent in MS Excel

·         Good knowledge of Office software including Word, PowerPoint and web publishing tools.

·         Promising candidate with less solid experience would be considered for the post of Assistant Business Analyst

·         Immediate available is preferred
