Customer Service Coordinator

Accountabilities
 

  • ​​Ensure the quality service delivery to meet customer’s requirements in compliance with SOP.
  • Familiar with import customs formalities, particular in garment/apparel import. 
  • Prepare documents for customs clearance, familiar with preferential duty is priority.  
  • Freight checking and reporting.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

  • College degree or above
  • CET-4 or above, good command of both oral and written English
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
  • Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit​
