Customer Service Coordinator/ 4PL

Accountabilities
 

  • ​​To report to the customer service supervisor of OLCL
  • To coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service to our customers in all respects, which include, but not limit to, regular contact with customers as well other relevant parties, complete order arrangement, on-way situation monitoring as well as documentation service and system input ​ 
  • To ensure zero defect of our documentation/data quality to our customers​

Requirements

  • More than 2 years working experience in Chemical logistics/transportation fields 
  • University degree or above
  • CET-4 or above, good command of both oral and written English
  • Good communication expertise
  • Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
