Warehouse Operator, Operation Department

Job Location      

Hong Kong Office

Accountabilities 

 Reporting to Customer Service Manager

• To handle cargo receiving, putaway, delivery and keep the warehouse in order
• To evaluate and review the warehouse process and utilization through productivity improvement and optimization of warehouse utilization proactively and constantly
• To monitor and supervise the warehouse operations in ensuring error free operation
• To update system, reporting and documentation timely and accurately
• To coordinate and communicate with all related internal and external parties for smooth operation
• To executive ad-hoc projects/job tasks as assigned based on customer’s requirements and business needs

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Min. 2 years of relevant work experience
• In-depth knowledge of logistics business and experience in warehouse and distribution
• Hands-on experience in ocean freight or consolidation for export is an added advantage
• Flexible, independent, reliable, well-organized, detail-minded and result-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS office Application
• Work at different warehouse sites (e.g. Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Lau Fau Shan) to perform the roles of program implementation and execution
