Customer Portal

Besides PODIUM, OOCL Logistics (OLL) makes use of Extranet Customer Portals as dedicated locations for documentation sharing  with customers and vendors.  Instead of sending the documents back and forth, the customer portal is dedicated as the best and secured place for storing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), dedicated customer service contact lists, service reports, photos, etc. 

Each customer is given a unique login and password. Access to the Customer Portal can be shared by individual access rights and each of them will be transparent to other vendors. The portals are especially convenient for vendors to exchange pictures of cargo before shipment.
